Confusion food

For G:

Fusion food is the tag line for many a restaurant that seeks to combine the foods from different places.  Yet it is not just the gourmet chef who dares to do this:  many of us try to combine dishes, usually in a desperate bid to avoid another trip to the stupormarket.  The challenge is not complete, however,  until the resulting confusion food is named.  For example:

Mousagna/lassaka, tiramifle/trifamisu, bokchoykopita, cous cous cabonara, chilli con tofu, courgette au vin, omlot, sticky-date chicken, minestoney, casserock, frittowder, stroganon, cous-cousotto, bang choi bao, quiche mundane, tuna foray, self-saucing chocolate enchiladas,

(no, I haven’t made all of these and further suggestions welcome)
